Creating Compelling Customer Success Stories for 8x8

Marketing Fusion has worked with 8x8 over the last 12 months to implement and execute a compelling customer success programme.

Customer Marketing Manager Dean Lindsay, along with the Customer Advocacy team, was tasked with building a strong base of EMEA customer reference stories, that could be shared with prospects as well as with colleagues around the world.

As well as creating a broad set of customer stories, a priority for Dean and his team was to build their presence and share knowledge in specific markets, notably the public sector, and to showcase successful projects relevant to those audiences.
