I’m best described as the one who makes stuff happen. I take projects from start to finish, managing all the different components. I plan, organise, think of the details, deliver.
Time Lord – I’ve been known to get 90 seconds out of 60! I can bend a schedule to my personal will and find time where there seems to be none.
The industries I have worked in over the years are many and varied. From big telcos, IT and software companies, to professional services and MedTech. Having been the client, I understand the agency-client relationship from the other side, so can utilise that knowledge to enhance Marketing Fusion’s offering.
Taking a helicopter flight over the Canadian Rockies while I was running an event for the Achievers’ Club. All paid for by work – it was spectacular. I have also been involved in some odd situations over the years that stick in the mind. I once had a pet bunny rabbit shipped from Japan to the UK for a family who were relocating. So nothing phases me!
We have several innovative projects in the pipeline for existing clients, however the biggest thing for me right now is Marketing Fusion itself. I’ve come into the business to enhance what we do and move us to the next phase of development and growth. Part of my job is to establish our processes to make things quicker and easier. I’m taking care of the back office, managing resources and business planning to enable our talent to do what it does best.
A fun task-master! I love a good plan, I crave details and I need to be busy. I’m extremely organised and have been known to write a list of lists to be written! My best quality is helping the team to focus on their core tasks by handling everything else; getting stuff done so their lives are made easier.
My favourite thing is pen and paper; I think much better when I’m writing down. I love a Filofax - I’ve got a beautiful rose gold one. You can’t knock the classics.
We understand businesses and their target audience. We go much further than most agencies; when working with a client we become an extension of their own business. Standard cookie-cutter packages are not our thing - we use our expertise to create bespoke, creative, smart and intelligent content.

I’ve thought carefully about this. Here we go:
The morning will start with competitive off-road driving, followed by an afternoon at a luxury spa for thorough pampering. Then in the evening, a fabulous dinner with lots of gorgeous food and wine, raucous conversation and laughter. Followed by a day off to recover!
At this very moment in my life, I wouldn’t swap with anyone. I’m quite content, have a lot of wonderful challenges ahead and I’m excited about the future.
